At Shop hos Villoid, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and fix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt as proof of postage until your refund is processed.
